When we have the green light to start up classes again our schedule will look something like this.

Monday 9:00 am – Barre Core

Tuesday 9:00 am – TRX

Tuesday 5:30 pm – Boxing

Wednesday 9:00 am – Pilates

Thursday 9:00 am – TRX

Friday 9:00 am – Boxing

Saturday 9:00 am – Yoga on the Pier

Sunday 9:00am – Yoga on the Pier

Saturday Spin will return in the fall.

All classes will be in 8 Week Sessions

(for those who still have classes to use up they can be applied to the 8 weeks)
