Our fitness centre and therapy clinic is located right downtown Thornbury. The Harbour Mews Plaza is a yellow building which is located behind the Thornbury post office. Enter the Post Office parking lot off of Hwy 26, drive through to the back of the parking lot and you will see the yellow building. Ample parking is available. Enter in the red door at the back of the building (opposite side to boardwalk).
