Founders of Two The Core
Two The Core was developed by Robyn Allen and Sarah Bright in Thornbury Ontario, 2011.
Two The Core was a perfect solution to combine Robyn’s passions of women’s health and physiotherapy background with Sarah’s pilates and personal training certifications. Both women have a competitive sport background in a variety of disciplines including cycling, running, skiing, soccer, rowing and adventure racing. Their combined knowledge and experience foster a professionalism that is evident throughout their services.
In 2020 Sarah took over the business as a Personal Training/Pilates studio focusing primarily on private sessions. Her qualifications through Stott Pilates, Merrithew and CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) enable her to work with a wide range of clients.
We believe that core body strength and control is the foundation needed to achieve optimal health and fitness whether that be in sport or in activities of daily living.
To service a variety of populations and provide unique fitness programs while working towards individual goals. To also provide those dealing with injury, illness or disease an environment where they are able to exercise and work towards healing while under appropriate supervision.
