During the summer months we take advantage of our beautiful Georgian Bay waterfront. We offer stand up paddle (SUP) board rentals and sales as well as organized classes as described below. **Please note that all classes and rentals are subject to be cancelled due to high winds or poor weather.

SUP Yoga

This is a 1 hour Hatha class on paddle boards designed for all levels of both Yoga and SUP experience as your instructor will provide many modifications to assist and challenge each level.

Meet at Lora Bay Beach 10-15 minutes before class start and we will go out to a pre set anchor spot in the bay that will station our boards as a group. Bring your own board or sign up for 1 of our rental boards to use. Class registration must be made online however if you need to book a rental board for the class please also contact Sarah ([email protected]). Only 6 spots available per class!!

SUP Yogilates

Time to get an extra challenge with your conditioning by moving your workout onto a SUP board. This is a 1 hour class that is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates on anchored paddle boards. You will do plenty of flexibility, core strengthening, toning and balance work while enjoying the amazing scenery.  This is for all levels of Yoga, Pilates and SUP experience as we will provide many modifications to challenge each level.

Learn To Paddle

This one hour class will provide you with the skills to get on and off your board gracefully, paddle in flat water efficiently as well as learning the basics of reading the water and wind. After one or two of these, you will feel confident to take it on yourself and maybe join in some of the other fitness on the board classes. Class registration must be made online however if you need to book a rental board for the class please also contact Sarah ([email protected]).

FEES (SUP Yoga, Yogilates and Learn to Paddle)

  • With your own board = same rate as your regular 8 or 16 class pass or drop-in.
  • With our rental board = $25 + same rate as above

Payment will be accepted in form of cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card via our online system and are subject to hst.

Summer SUP Social

We are going to be spontaneous with this one and let the weather dictate when our paddles are going to happen. Summer SUP Socials are for those who want to be out with a group of people on the water enjoying a beautiful sunrise, sunset or catching some rays in the afternoon. You can come out to have a hard paddle or an easy lily dip while chating with a friend, all are welcome!

We are providing an avenue for everyone to get together as a group and enjoy some perfect water conditions. If you have your own board it’s FREE! If you need to rent a board from us it will be our 1 hour rental fee ($25). Emails will be sent at any time for a paddle the next morning, afternoon or evening, all you need to do is respond to reserve your spot! Private Group Bookings

If you have a group of friends (minimum of 4) that want to go out together for a class we will be happy to arrange that for you. Options include Yoga or Pilates on the board, or an infusion of both, or even a basic learn to paddle class to get your skills up to par. It is not necessary to have your own board for classes as we have a fleet of Kahuna boards available for your use. FEES (private groups)

  • Instruction + Rental = $45 per person (1 hour session) + hst
  • Instruction (with own board) = $25 per person (1 hour session) + hst

Recommended Gear:

  • Sunglasses (that you are not afraid to lose)
  • Hat (if it’s not windy)
  • Rash guard; long sleeve on cooler windy days, short sleeve on hot days
  • Not to wear jewellery
  • Life jacket (we will have extras with rental boards only)
